me, oliver, wendy, and their friend matt were just leaving guverment!!!!! and there he was!!!!!!!!! wendy spotted him first! he was wearing a nice suit just chilling outside with mo pete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we drove by like three times making two U-y's!! surprisingly there were not that many cars around. AHHAHA.. matt honked the horn and yelled out his name!!!!! as we started to drive off, i was looking out the back window staring at VINCE with a huge smile!!!! he looked up from an autograph he was signing and gave me the nod. oh my!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =P~ OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm vince-struck.
